Return & Exchange Timeframe
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of your receipt of the order. This period allows you to properly assess the fit, quality, and historical authenticity of your garments while ensuring timely processing.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To maintain the integrity of our historical fashion pieces, we require that returned items meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip must be included
Non-Returnable Items
In keeping with historical fashion preservation standards and hygiene considerations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Hosiery (for hygiene reasons)
- Accessories that have been removed from their original packaging
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Personalized or custom-made garments
Note: Our menu features multiple “Accessories” categories and “Hosiery” appears twice, indicating these are significant product lines with specific handling requirements.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions. Please do not ship your return without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully package your items in their original packaging, include your order confirmation copy, and clearly write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Ship to:
